Polygons: The amount of Poly your model is going to have, this can vary depending on the use you are going to give your model.
(e.g. Low-poly for an indie game, High-Poly for a print)
Rigging: Adding bones to the model and applying weights to it, this is for allowing the model to move, this can be used for many purposes.
(e.g. Animations, Vtubing, Game Creation)
Jiggle Bones: The bones that are meant for Jiggle Physics in the model, meaning that the parts affected by this bones can wobble or react to gravity, wing, etc.
(e.g. Hair parts (bangs, ponytail, loose hair), tails, ears)
Skirts, Jackets, etc.: This is just a bundle of Jiggle Bones. Sometimes a model have a part that is meant to have Physics but require more bones than normal, this is for that, Skirts and Jackets are an example.
1K, 2K, 3K Texture: This is the texture size. 1K (1024x1024) is lightweight but can get blurry or pixelated. 2K (2048x2048) is a mid-point, not too low quality but not reaching seamlessness. 4K (honestly) is a stretch, hard to notice any blurriness but can be heavy depending on the model (best to pair with High-Poly Models).
Basic, Shaded, Rendered: This is the artstyle of the texture, the amount of detail that the texture will be drawn with. Since this is technically a drawing, please treat it like so.
Basic VRM Shapes: The basic Shapekeys (expressions) that a common VRM (1.0) model has. This are:
Happy, Angry, Sad, Relaxed, Surprised, A, I, U, E, O, Blink, Blink_L, Blink_R, LookUp, LookDown, LookLeft, LookRight.
Advanced Phonetics: For better Lipsync.
(e.g. VRChat, Vtubing)
This are:
Sil, "PP", "FF", "TH", "DD", "kk", "CH", "SS", "nn", "RR", "aa", "E", "ih", "oh", "ou".
Custom Shape: Kinda self-explanatory, this can range from a custom expression that is not included on the vrm ones (or an alt. version of those ones), to a detail like heart eyes, sweat drop or resize some face parts, etc.
ARKit: The 52 Shapekeys that allow for "Perfect Sync" Face Tracking using a True Depth camera (or any other means that support this). Can be used for Vtubing.

Props: Anything extra that you want modeled along your character, a weapon, a cute little mascot (emphasys on little), skateboard?
Since is basically another model but smaller, all slots are applicable but half the price (even tho it says that it has the same time rules, its way more probable that it's going to take less).
.blend Copy: Pretty self explanatory, you can do whatever with it (Terms of Service still applies, this is just a copy of the original file).
Short anim: A short animation of your model doing some simple stuff. This animation can have a maximum length of 8 seconds and can only contain the model &/or any props bought. The background of this animation will be a flat color or a gradient, if you want, you can provide any background image for it.
Animated Texture: An animated texture using UV Scrolling, this can be used when your character has any "live movement" parts on it. (e.g. Fire, Water, Acid?, Palpitating Glow).
Since this uses UV Scrolling, the movement limitations are within just the texture moving (and deforming) along the X or Y axis, no Traditional Animation, Video or any of the sort.
(Even tho this may sound like a huge limitation, you can be surprised of what can be achieved with this technique)

Commissions are only for personal purposes. Models may be used for photos in social media, profile pictures, animations, even free games , but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the model in my portfolio.

The prices on the chart are the base ones. Please understand that the price (although unlikely) may increase depending on the complexity of the model.
I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request (unlikely) or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. The given times on the chart (like the prices) are base ones, so it may increase depending on the complexity of the model. The most it could be delayed is 7 - 10 days tops just in case something arises. I value my work and thus put many hours into it, so please be patient.
Time Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.
You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I usually provide many updates throughout the process. (so you can also ask to stop sending you updates if it is too much xd)
I'm cool with you reposting and sharing the the model or even the process, but don’t forget to leave credit! (whatever @ i have on that media, you can ask)
PLEASE, is required for you to provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined (since it’s not really my service anymore). Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process, even reduce the time of the modeling phase.
payment n stuff
Payment will be over PayPal. Then i will send an invoice. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. once the the initial work is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.
The ‘initial work’ in every case would be:
Full Model: Just the Poly.
Only Poly: Rough Shape. (not fixed or optimized)
Only Rigging: Just the Bone Placement.
Only Texturing: Just the Base Colors. (no Lines)
Only Shapes: Just the Shapekeys Creation and Naming.
Once I receive confirmation of the initial work so i can continue, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
You have a maximum of 1 week (7 days) to confirm this step, otherwise the order will be closed and no refunds will be made. (this days do not count in the total order time limit, so the order will be paused until you respond)
If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the initial work as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
In the very rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
General Things
Please be respectful. I'm pretty chill, but any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.
You have a total of three (3) revisions (after the initial work). More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
Once the final work or model is accepted, I will email you two full res watermarked photos of the model (wireframe and rendered) for showcase and social media posting and a Profile Picture one. The .VRM file of the model (if no other file format was requested), The animation file (if bought), a .blend file copy (if bought) and maybe a random phrase that i found online.
By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
